General Journal entry
First of all you would open preach tree then go to the task
button select general journal entry
When general journal entry box will appear .first you will
select the date and give the reference id
in reference box and in general account
you will select the account type and in the description box you will
write its description. In the debit box you will entre the amount which you want to write and in the credit box
you will write the amount which you want to write in it remember both the
amount which you have write in it would be the same
Then press ALT+S to save it
